How To Export Akregator OPML File If Program Broke?

How's it going Linux community?

So I installed Akregator RSS Reader quite a few months back, had it work properly for as long a time, but recently, the program began freezing at the beginning without me being able to access anything, then after having to wait to [potentially] restore an old session, it seemed to erase my entire created feed, without showing anything afterwards. After a few more times of the same repeated freezing, I attempted uninstall/reinstall the program, but with the same results.

Where I'm at now? I added the "Kontact" suite right around the time the problems began occurring, and I noticed Akregator was part of that same suite. Every other program functions normally, but perhaps there's a relation?

Ideally, I'd like to make it function normally on this device again, but as a last resort, I was curious if anyone knew how to export the RSS OPML file without using the "File > Export Feed" button at the top. It works if I wait a loooong time after opening the program, but when I click it, it takes me to the picture provided, and claims I don't have the permission, even though it used to take me directly to my documents and allow me to do w/o a problem before. Now it leads me to my "bin, root, cdrom, dev, etc. home, lib.....tmp, usr, var" section, without actually letting me export it. Maybe I just need to save it to a particular folder? If so, which one?

Again, the feed on the left side is no longer available, so it might have just plainly erased... I can't imagine that really being the case though.

Anyways--I sincerely appreciate any and all help, love the Linux framework and community as a whole, will doubtlessly try my best to help spread it far and wide, and am always grateful for the input[s].

-Thanks so much again
