On this page there is solvation for my problem but still there is another one I don't speek German
I have been registered http://www.gutefrage.net/ where only can be downloaded but again I don't speak German (Ich spreche kein Deutsch)... I can't even do simply things like post question...

I have to do some 2D cad projects for school (mine school does not support us with programs we need, unfortunately).
There is Qcad (instead of Autocad) for linux, but most of solutions are in dwf format (which is no supported in linux). So I need lx-viewer (for viewing some solutions for problems like that one I have to solve) and dg-converter (to convert my solution, because dwf is default format, and it is free but for some reason not supported on linux).
I still need openDWG libraries for compiling this programs. This site, the only one, that provides those libraries is on language that I don't even understand
But still there is a HUGE PROBLEM...
That site is some kind of forum with thousands of discusions, from how to install my favourite pc game in windows to such problems like mine...
Is this more clearly now?

I see your problem (I think). The link they provide is bullsh*, errm a dead end. Try http://www.giveawayoftheday.com/open+dwg+libraries/ Does this help?

<edit> I just found http://www.opendesign.com/guestfiles

At the lower left is also a contact button, if this doesn't help. </edit>

From the link provided by @JZL240I-U : The TeighaViewer-3.4.0.i386.rpm
http://www.opendesign.com/files/gues...3.4.0.i386.rpm
works OK on Suse 11.2, 32bits. Probably OK on Suse 11.3 too.

"lx-viewer and dg-converter" : For Autocad 2000..2002 dwg files, AFAIK.
( I tried out the programs some years ago : But never got it to work.)

Suggest 1) http://www.bricsys.com/en_INTL/ : BrisCad. ( 30 days trial.)

2) And / or borrow a windows computer for conversion.

Qcad can open dxf files.
