How to download and install bitcommet or any torrent


Please help me
tell step by step procedur because i am new to linux

Hello! Welcome to Linux. Which Distro are you using please, give us an idea to be more specific with instructions?

Right, well:

Along the top: Applications -> Add/remove software. In the Search Tab, type and search for Bitcomment, or any other client you like. Then, Click the checkbox so it has a tick then hit the confirm/install (not sure which, can't remember!). You will need to enter your root / admin password to do this.

Wait a bit for it to install.

Then, how you actually use the software depends on which one you pick. You can probably just find the .torrent file for the collection of files you want then download that. Double click on it and it will probably open up alright in the client and begin download/ask you where you wish to save the download.
