How to disable window roll up on Compiz?

I am using XFCE 4.8 and Compiz. I can't find any options to disable window roll up. I don't mean roll up effect I mean I want to disable window roll up completely. I have been Googling and nothing has solved my problem yet.

I don't use XFCE, but I have a suggestion.

If you can't find a setting for roll-up, look for one for "shade" (as in "window shade"); that's the more traditional name for that feature.

This thread points to the windows manager settings menu.

(Delayed response... )

If you mean the roll-up when you double-click on a title bar it appears to be under the Animations section of the Compiz Settings Manager (in Ubuntu Lucid anyway). Deleting the "roll-up" animation got rid of that rather annoying behavior for me!!
