How to determine email with attachment if using Maildir format

Anyone knows how to check if the email has an attachment if I'm using Maildir format? I know that if the size of the email is huge, then definitely it has an attachment but is there a way to determine what is the attached file and could we filter or check if the email has attachment? I'm using Dovecot and Qmail.

Yes.
You can grep for the mimetype info, like:
Code:
Content-Type: application/whatever;
	name="file.name"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
Content-Disposition: attachment;
	filename="file.name"
