How to copy texts on console?

From a terminal emulator within X, or from outside X?

Highlighted and then in the window where you want it to paste just click mouse middle button, if there is no middle button on your mouse click two buttons at the same time.

Highlight the text you want to copy, click ctrl + c, move the cursor to where you want to paste it and click either the middle mouse button, or both left and right mouse button together, exactly as the previous post by neo with 7's said
