How to convert .rm to other format?

I have grabbed a couple of streams from c-span.org. For that I used

Code:

mplayer -dumpstream [URL]

But everytime I forward in a .rm-file indexing is very slow. So I figured converting the file to another format might help. But what programs can convert .rm-files to let's say .avi?

Found the solution myself... Seems like mencoder can do everything:-)
