How to control traffic forward to Squid Server

Hi everyone!
The network in my company use Squid Proxy server to browse internet. Browser is IE or Firefox, and OS is Windows XP.
The company need to use a new software for work, but the software don't have function that I can configure Proxy server to connect to Server outside.
I don't want to NAT port on router because I cannot control the traffic.
Is there any software same as Proxy Client ... installed on Windows XP?
My idea is that the software same as ISA server - ISA client

Sorry for my bad English!
Hope to get help!
Thanks!
