How to configure the FTP rate in NS2.28 under Fedora platform?
I have installed NS2.28 under Fedora OS, during my simulation, I build a Application/FTP flow over Agent/TCP, but I don't know how to configure the packet rate of FTP ?
I'll appreciate for anyone who can help me about this problem.
