How to configure PCI Ethernet card

Hi
I have a LAN port for my system and i have connected another PCI LAN port of INTEX RTL8139D.

Now how can i access a particular LAN and how can i access both of them and how to configure.

Please tell me the configuration and usage of the LANS for FEDORA 8(kernel 2.6.23)and RED HAT 4( kernel 2.6.9).

Difficult as it is, you'll have to provide more detail about what you mean and want.

Please be as precise and clear as possible, and indicate all aspects that you know about your network hardware and configuration.

there are examples on this page for where the network configuration files are in Fedora and what the options are.. also information on what GUI's are available in RH/Fedora
