Question How to configure BIND...even for the dumbest of n00bs

is there a tutorial somewhere that teaches how to set up bind....even for the n00best of n00bs. i have installed bind successfully and just need to config it. i have successfully set up a dns server in windows (the one that comes with 2000 and 2003), but i really dont know much about dns stuff.
