Question How to configure a wireless router in Fedora

I recently purchased a new router, Belkin N600, and would like to be able to configure it, passwords, SSID, etc., with my linux box, running Fedora 15.

Run 'ip route' to determine your default gateway ip address then open Firefox and put that address into the location bar. The default password should be mentioned in the getting started guide.

The manual should have instructions for configuring your router without the software. It should also provide the default IP address which I would assume is 192.168.2.1. Make sure your computer is configured for DHCP and plug it into the router.

Once the computer is power up open up your web browswer and enter the address from the manual. The preprogrammed username/password ssid information is contained on an information card on the bottom of the router. You should now be able to login and change the configuration via the web pages as desired.
