How to change the window size of Linux console in VMware?
 
The console's window size in VMware is too small. How can I change it?

If you just want to increase size of VMware screen, you can switch to different views available in VMware menu (see attached screenshot).
You can then use CTRL+ALT to release cursor, and ALT+TAB to switch between windows.

Thanks for the answer. Now I find the solusion: I have to install some VMwaer tools first.

Reboot the VM, enter GRUB menu, edit current configuration and add " vga=791" at the end of the "kernel" line. "vga=791" means 1024x768@16 bit console, see documentation for other values.
