How to change login manager with SuSE 9.1

By default I boot into KDM and login from there. I would like to be able to change that to GDM, but I can find no option to do so in YaST or anywhere else. Can anybody tell me how?

Thanks.

edit the file /etc/X11/default-window-manager: it says:

/usr/bin/kdm

Change it to

/usr/bin/gdm

Make sure you have gdm installed :). If you can't find the file, it could be another file. This is the file debian uses, and I'm not sure if suse uses the same...

In SuSE 9.0, launch YaST and select the System group. Launch the Editor for /etc/sysconfig files. Expand the Desktop and Display manager branches. Click on the DISPLAYMANAGER item. You can choose the window manager from the pop up list. I suspect it works the same in 9.1.
