How to change brower identification

When I visit some web sites, it requires the browser must be internet explorer 5.0 or above, so I have to use the windows. But I found that the knoppix 3.4 has the tools to change browser identification and it really worked. Is there any one who can teach me how to change the browser identification in Red Hat and Mandrake.

For Mozilla, try prefbar which allows the browser to Identify itself as Internet Explorer or whatever.

If you are using Konqueror, under the Tools menu in the browser is a submenu called "Browser Identification" which does the same as Prefbar

I hope this helps
