How to change background color of helpwindow

Hi
I am using FC3.
i taken the executable of yelp from FC4 and try to run in FC3.
But it has given the following error message as
./yelp: symbol lookup error: ./yelp: undefined symbol: gtk_window_set_default_icon_name

the yelp is working fine in FC4.
so what library i need to add to compile succesfully the yelp in FC3.

And also In FC4 the background color of help by default is WHITE, is there any way to change it to BLACK.

Thanks in advance

Regards
harsha
