Unhappy how to avoid CF corruption


hi all,

i made bootable cf card for my product . sometimes os filesystem is corrupted while process due to power failure. so need some idea to prevent corruption .please give your ideas.
os: ubuntu
h/w: versalogic board
processor: intel

And test after writing. MD5 may work if you create list of files and results to test. It takes a while.
