How to autologin Xwin with not root but other users?

I've got a RedHat 9 system. I want to autologin Xwin as a normal user . Then start an application. If any process of that application is exited abnormally, it should restart OS. Then autologin -> run an application ->if crash then restart OS...... and go around and around

How should I reach the above target?

Thanks for you all.
