how to add pkg_add

How to add "pkg_add" to my Linux version 2.4.21-99-default (root@i386.suse.de) (gcc version 3.3.1 (SuSE Linux))?

If you are talking about using pkg_add -r packagename.tbz like FreeBSD uses?

That's for FreeBSD. I'm not aware of Linux being able to use it.
Fedora uses Yum.
Gentoo uses Emerge.
You can also look into apt-get and Yast.

If you are using Fedora like your profile says then use Yum.
man yum
or look at all of the posts on LQ about using yum
If you are using Gentoo, look at the gentoo forum on how to use emerge.
