How to add new server

We have wifi controller that collect wireless login and redirect the login data to a Radius proxy ( rdproxy ) server , then the Radius proxy redirect the login to Radius server for Authentication . We have one Radius server only therefore if this server crashed , the user can not do authentication .
Now , If I would like to add one more Radius server as secondary server , once the primary radius server is crashed , then it could be take over the work.
I have already cloned the same image (Radius server) on VM , can advise what is the next step to do it ? what I need to consider ?

thanks.

You need to consider looking things up for yourself...you've been here for TEN YEARS, and still don't even acknowledge that you get help, or post complete questions or follow-ups.

You don't say what KIND of Radius server, so how can anyone give you any good answers? Start with Google, then look at the VMWare site. I found lots, easily...you can too.

Did you read my first reply??? The freeradius website has plenty of documentation...read it.

And putting two instances of your radius server on ONE physical VM server is pointless...one hardware problem STILL takes down both. And, since you've been working with Linux for ten years, you should already know how to set up and configure heartbeat and/or IP failover on Linux servers, so that if one server that's running a network service crashes, the other takes over.
