How to add language support after initial install

I am using RedHat Enterprise 4 and installed the OS with only English language support. I would like to add additional language support now but haven't been successful in finding the right rpms. I haven't been able to find a description in the documentation either and would like to avoid having to re-install the entire OS for obvious reasons. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Go Google with "Red Hat add language," good stuff right on first page for you

sorry - tried that already. I am looking for info on which rpms I need to install to get the UI in a new language. I found some kde-i18n-LANG...rpm but it seems installing that one wasn't quite enough because I didn't get the UI in language.

You saw these two?

No idea if they will help you...

unfortunately, no luck with these. I had found a reference to "system-config-language" in the documentation - they talk about switching the language UI between languages already installed. I have to admit I am surprised how hard it is to find out about adding additional languages after the initial install. I thought naively that this sort of thing should be easy - well, think again...

I finally found something on the RedHat knowledge base which is somewhat discouraging...here we go:

Issue:
I have an installed system. How do I add additional languages to it for additional language support?

Resolution:Unfortunately you cannot easily add languages to an already installed system due to the way language support is handled on a system-wide and per-package basis. If you need additional languages on your system, you should reinstall the system, selecting all languages to utilize on the system at install time.
