how to add driver?

i just download the new nforce driver(NVIDIA_nforce-1.0-0261.rh90up_2.4.20_9.athlon.rpm). and i want to add the nvnet and nvaudio driver to my kernel.
i use this command:
rpm -Uvh NVIDIA_nforce-1.0-0261.rh90up_2.4.20_9.athlon.rpm
but the result, it create a new folder in
"/lib/module/.../driver/net/(somethin i forgot)."
instead of adding the driver to my kernel.

to add the driver to your kernel you have to recompile it its maybe easier to load the module
more infos can be found by typing man insmod into your console
