How to achieve a high frame rate display on a Redhat version system?


Can I achieve 40-50 fps using SDl/SVGAlib in a system running with pretty old graphics driver?

you are missing basically ALL the needed information

the version of RHEL you are running?
The make/model of the Nvidia card ?
the Driver used ( Kmod-nvidia , Akmod-nvidia, Nouveau , or the "NVIDIA*.run" )
and IT'S version
