HI:
I need help to install linux 6.1 red hat.
My trouble is in the disk druid.
I have one operating sistems(windows 98---15Gb, linux--5Gb).
how many linux partitions need and how writtted?
----only have 6 years old-----
BYE
If this is your first install, I would suggest just using one partition (actually two, one for swap). Make one partition equal to what you have in actual memory (64megs if you have 64 megs of RAM), or more if you want, though I don't know how effective it is. Make your second partition for whatevers left over and mount it as your root partition ( / ). this way you don't have to worry about the different sizes that you'll need.
