How edit local security policy

Dears,,

I need to Set the OS username as a value for "Log on as a batch job" privilege.
From where can i reach to this in Linux?
By another meaning: How can reach administrative tools in Linux?

Thanks & Best regards,,

Linux doesn't really work like that. This might be of use to you, however: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Access_control_list. Also, there is no "batch mode." The Bash shell does run in various modes, however: http://bash-hackers.org/wiki/doku.ph.../bashbehaviour.

Note: on some distros there is a "backup" user.
