Question How do you install opera skins?

I have just installed Opera and I'm trying to get a skin I just downloaded to work, my question is what directory should it go in?

The version of Opera is 7.11 and I'm running Redhat Linux 7.3

When i get a skin it automatically installs itself. Click download, it finishes, applys itself and asks if i want to keep it.
