how do you burn kvcd files?

I just made a kvcd file and I have no idea on how I should burn it. I couldn't even find a solution when I searched google for one. k3b only comes with options for vcd1, vcd2, svcd. Any help would be appreciated

One year ago I did it with k3b with VIDEO-CD and CD-i options. I don't know if things have changed from that time on.
