How do we remove DRM from ePUB & PDF on Adobe Digital Editions by script/command

Though can open and read a PDF document in Adobe Digital edition program after it's retrieved by .acsm file type, can't read it as a completely independent PDF document.
Maybe it's locked by DRM, not sure. If it's true so, how do we remove DRM from ePUB & PDF on Adobe Digital Editions by script/command such Ghostscript, Qpdf, PoDoFo, etc
