Saying 'i hate it' doesn't get you much love on a linux forum!

Anyway, removing it is easy - just format the partition's that it's installed on. So if you want to go back to Windows, just format the partitions as Fat32. You may want to resize the partitions - qtparted can help you do that. Or just go the whole hog and use fdisk to blow your current partition table and start from scratch.

If you installed GRUB to the master boot record, you may also like the command 'fdisk /MBR' to remove grub from the MBR.

Thanks again

Assuming you want to install Windows, just go through the normal installation process.

If your copy of Windows has boot disks, put the first one into the floppy drive and boot up the computer and proceed as normal with the Windows installation.

At some pont, there will be option of where you want to install Windows. Delete all the linux partitions (the installation program will show you how) and create new partitions (again, the installation program will tell how). Then Windows will get installed.
