[SOLVED] How do I uninstall Flash & Video Downloader

Since I installed Flash & Video Downloader I occasionnally get pages on startup from fnvfox.appspot.com asking me to upgrade the downloader.
I would like to uninstall this pesky program but I can't seem to be able to find the plugin.
BTW, I am using Iceweasel on Debian:

seeing as it is a firefox plugin
you uninstall it in firefox

click on 'tools/ add on's '

It shows up on the iceweasel toolbar, but not in the tools/addons/plugins.
Oops. It's in the extensions. Removed it.
I can't really see the diff between a plugin and an extension, but anyhoo ...
