how do i show line numbers in kdevelop?

I just got kdevelop going, and it's all going fine, but I was just wondering how to make it show the line numbers. You know, beside each line it has that line number on the left. It's a minor thing but it's very important to me to be able to see them. Could someone point me to the right setting??

thanks in advance!!

Better late then never:

(KDevelop 3.3.4)

Settings => configure editor => appearance => borders => tick show line numbers
