Unhappy How do I restore LILO in the MBR?

I installed Windows after installing Linux (dual boot stuff). This overwrote the MBR. Now I cannot boot into Linux. Should I re-install Linux? Is there anyway to restore LILO to the MBR without having to re-install Linux?

Boot to Linux from your emergency boot floppy you made during installation or your install CD (for some distributions, this is harder than others) and run '/sbin/lilo' to rewrite lilo to the MBR.
Good Luck.

Or put the install cd in, boot from it, pick the rescue option.
