How do I remove printer drivers

Been having a problem getting my Epson C62 printer to work in Kubuntu 7.04. Installed the gutenprint driver. Got that to finally appear on the Epson driver list after I installed fhs-printingdirs_0.2-2_all.deb. Went through the install wizard but it won't test print. Tried a previous driver that did print but now won't print as well. I guess I need to remove these drivers and start over. Anyone got any suggestions? Thanks.

Try using the serial printer port instead of the USB port. My Epson won't work on the USB port but it works fine on the serial port. I think it's Epson's fault because my Hewlett Packard printer works fine on the USB port.
