How Do I Remove Info Popping Up When Mouse Hovers Over Items?

Everytime I hover my mouse over buttons or menus on my panel, info pops up. How can I hover my mouse over these items without info popping up?

You need to turn tooltips off. There should be an option somewhere in your window manager configuration application. It's hard to be more specific since you didn't give any details about which window manager or Linux distro you are using.
