How do I open GoogleEarthLinux.bin with UBUNTU.


Google Earth is available for linux users. The download will give you GoogleEarthLinux.bin. I am using UBUNTU. How would I open this file.

in a terminal go to the folder that holds it then you need to run these commands:
chmod a+x GoogleEarthLinux.bin
./GoogleEarthLinux.bin

Google provide an Ubuntu repository, use it instead of downloaded the bin itself.
