How do I make my Linux Partition larger?
Here's the thing.. I have dualboot on my system, WIndows XP and Mandrake Linux
When I installed Mandrake, I only allocated 5 gigs of space for Mandrake to use, and the other 35 gigs to windows (I have a 40gb harddrive) What if I want to add more? How do i do it? Or is it not possible? |
I can give u a solution though it mght not be optimal. Use a patition manager like PartitionMagic on Windows to create a new partition. Now on Linux you can format this partition as ext3 or whatever you desire and then mount it wherever you want. Might not be optimal but shld work
