how do i install urmpi ? Mandrake 10.0

I have configured urpmi , but how do I install the packages i find ??
And it is supposed to deliver me the newest software, but gimp 2.2 is not there..

So a basic review of the question :

For example ; i type urpmi WINE

(then it gives me a list of packages, but when i enter the name of one of those packages it says "there is no command"..) How do i install the packages that it finds ?

I'm such a noob
i know...

Be careful, urpmi is an administrator command. As such, only root initially has access to the urpmi command.

If you are having problems with the command line, use the gui, rpmdrake.

rpmdrake is just a gui frontend to urpmi, so as long as your urpmi sources are updated regularly then you always get the latest versions of the software available in the repositories.
