How do I install linux twice on the same server using LVM?

How do I install linux twice on the same server using LVM? I have a dedicated server running off my dsl line and I want my friend to have root access and run his own stuff and also myself to have root access and run my own stuff completely seperate from my friends.

I have partitioned my server with a LVM partition, what do I do next to get it to work as 2 seperate servers?

i *think* you've misunderstood what LVM is. none of this is is cpu partitioning, only drive space. you can't run two systems on one box, that's heavy sh*t... go by a big IBM Pseries or something for that! LVM is simply a flexible way to manage multiple data partitions on a single system, and won't help you specifically for what you seem to be asking. if you do just want a dual boot box, then again, using LVM groups rather than physical data partitions is just a yes / no question during an install.
