if you mean arch linux, installing those three should be relatively simple. (provided that you have your ethernet connection set up that is.)
First of all, if this a new install:
switch user to root using the "su" command.(you may already be root if you haven't set up the user accounts yet. If not - let me know and I can post a tutorial on Arch's post-install process.)
pacman -Syu next (This syncs your packagelist with that of the servers and then updates all out of date packages.)
pacman -S xorg fluxbox kdm (Downloads and installs kdm, fluxbox, and xorg.)
nano /etc/inittab and change the line that says id:3:initdefault: to id:5:initdefault: (note the difference.)
reboot
If you are simply using fluxbox, why not use a lighter weight desktop manager? GDM works well (and is lighter, albeit only slightly), Entrance would also work (not sure if this is in the repos, but I know it's in AUR.)
