Question How do I enable any user to use the PPP connection.

How do I enable/give access permissions to an user to access the internet by dial-up. This user is able to dial up into my ISP. But then (probably because of access restrictions) my user is not able to browse the net.

The user can 'su' and browse, check mails. But again the if the authentication icons (keys) are removed/disabled he can not browse.

Your help in this regard will be highly appreciated.
