How do I create a cue file from a bin?

I've extracted a bin file from a rar archive, but it has no corresponding cue file so I'm unable to burn it.
Any ideas if I can manually make the cue file?

I don't think its possible myself. The Cue file is the directions of how to read and use the bin file, both are made at the same time.

However, I think there is probably a way (there always is). I just have never figured out how to....
