how do i convert a vcproj into makefile to use in linux

I Am looking for a program to convert my vcproj into a make file since I changed from windows XP to Fedora and I have a Few C++ projects that i was working on with MVS 2005 and would like to convert the projects over to a make file so that i can compile them to work with Linux. Mainly they are just plug-ins for Maya 8.5 and blender which is written for both Linux and Win32 and i am working on making my plug-in cross platform since i am now a Linux user and wanting to learn new things instead of the laziness that comes with win32.
