I am trying to create a project under phpGroupWare, but at the bottom of the form (used to create a project) there are two empty <select> elements for adding billable and bookable activities. If I try to ignore them and just press save I receive the following error:

Error: Please choose activities for the project !

After quite a bit of searching, I still haven't figured out how to add activities. On some other web sites people have indicated that you need to create a project administrator and then you will be able to add activities. As far as I can tell, I have added a project administrator. But that hasn't presented any solutions.

In addition, someone else said that the solution is in the manual. However, phpgroupware.org doesn't seem to be releasing that portion of their manual anymore. Does anyone have an old manual?

Any thoughts?
