How can we use lib*.so file with application


Hi


I downloaded mozilla web browser by net when I try to install it in my pc.

there are getting some errors that required libnspr4.so,libplc4.so files

require. , And some time I confuse that how can we use *.so file in linux

and when with application

.so files are libraries that applications need to run,
like .dll files in windows. You will need to download
and install these before the app will run. you can
find packages at rpmfind, or just do a google search
on the filename
