How can I set up a printer with CUPS in KDE?

Hey, how do I set up a printer with CUPS in KDE? I've already got the CUPS daemon started...

My Printer is a Cannon i850 on LPT port 1

The cups administration tool is found by entering this into your file manager address bar
http://localhost:631/

However, I do not think that printer is supported. Canon are infamous for their lack of Linux support. I have an S300 that will only work with windoze. Try this

OK, this is a noober question, but what is the block device for LPT 1?

/dev/lp0
