How can I set "encoding" to "ibm850"
I have a terminal mode program that a user wants to run in X (on a SuSE 9.3 system) in a terminal window.
In order for line-drawing characters (boxes) to look right, it needs encoding set to Western European (ibm850).
There is a bug in konsole that keeps it from saving the encoding for default (or other defined) windows, so it is necessary for the user to click on "Settings", then click on "encoding", and then click on "Western European (ibm850)" every time he starts the program.
Does anyone know of a way to start konsole and pass the encoding as a command-line parameter?
