Question how can i read a ppt file by linux debian


hi

i have installed on my machine 2 os ( win xp + linux debian ) and i want to finish a work with win xp definitely but i have somes file wrote in power point ( ppt files ) and in linux i cant read it
for that i am searching a linux's tool to convert those files in best format of linux

is some one have idea to resolve my problem ?

Impress from the Open Office suite should be able to handle most Power Point files.

so open office can solve a problem of reading of ppt files
i will look with it because now i am not work on my machine
