How can i make a fresh install of Debian SID or Sarge?

How ccan i make a clean install of Debian Sarge or SID?

Please.... I really need to know.

I have been interested in installing Sarge also.
My understanding is that you would install Woody basic system then upgrade VIA CD or Web to Sarge.
I will await better answers or links also.
