How Can I Get Ubuntu To Recognize My Printer Again?

Today I messed up how my HP F380 printer communicates with my computer. I accidently removed hplip from my system. Before this happened, my printer worked fine and could print.

I reinstalled hplip. And I went to CUPS to delete my printer in the hopes that the computer could recognize it and add it automatically, like it did the first time I hooked up my printer to my computer. This didn't work. I greatly urge any of you to help me. This is my f***ing GODAMN fault and need your help. Please !!!

Auto-detection does not really matter. Configure the printer from scratch using system-config-printer (its the printer configuration tool located somewhere in the menu) or run http://localhost:631 in a web browser and choose the option to configure a new printer.

Thanks for the tip... However, I already figured it out on my own. Thanks again anyway.
