i have a laptop(IBM thinkpad a22e) i want to find the driver for modem. i find it on www.ibm.com but i can not install it. so many eorrers. can you tell me ,how to do it? my system is redhat 7.2 think you! |

I'd recommend following the steps in the readme that you posted...
;) uncompress (which apparently worked) and then go recompile your kernel (or that's what make install will do, rather) ... hope your Linux kernel sources actually live in /usr/src/linux http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/Kernel-HOWTO.html if something isn't working right. HIH... Cheers, Tink |
